Hey there! I think my question has been answered by reading this but I did want to make sure everything was all right with you guys.
Aion and possibly several other members would like to open a private business in the underground, much like the size you've laid out above. Nothing big is needed since it'll be a place for producing illegal substances such as opium, etc (which is another thing I wanted to make sure if such activities are allowed).
