Surviving the forest, one comes across a vast shore and ocean that seems to extend forever. In some parts the sand is soft, white, and pleasant under your toes, in other parts the waves crash against cliff sides and jagged rock. What lies beyond the horizon? What do the depths of this uncharted territory hold? The stormchild breathes balmy days or tempest nights.
The City is an island therefore technically the entire place is surrounded by a ring of beaches. But as the description says, some parts of the beach are softer than others. Hidden coves and inlets abound, some places are kelp forests and others are coral reefs. Where one part might be great for surfing another part might be perfect for snorkeling. Barbecues are just fine on the sand. Characters can even choose to live on the beach if they wish.
&The Ship?! [I] [II] [III]
There's something odd at the foot of the Mountain facing the sea, something you wouldn't know was there unless you were in the skies or on the beach. It's something quite pink. It's a bit dirtier, shabbier, less shiny. The way into the 'ruins' is a crack, big enough for only two people to squeeze through at a time. Only the pink ceiling lights illuminate the inside. None of the technology here works and all doors are locked, other stairwells blocked, the pipes shut. Anything written is written in an alien language onlyinvaders beings of a bygone time can understand. The uncovered portion, as big as three basketball courts put together, is only a fraction of what's under the Mountain.
&The Lighthouse [1]
The lighthouse has a light going all day and all night cutting through any type of weather to send out a sirens call. It was inhabited once; the house attachment is proof enough of that. If the building was pulled in or was always there no knows, but its residences certainly didn’t follow it. The entire place is empty; evidence of previous occupation is everywhere faceless pictures on the mantel and a fridge full of food. Maybe if you’re lucky you’ll even see a lonely ghost walking the halls. No one knows where the lighthouse came from or whether it’s calling in a never to return ship or sending out a warning to any ships that draw near. But its there none the less, sending out its message. [thanks to

We're now using player comments to organize Destinations so players can add, remove, and edit their locations as they see fit. Fill out this form and post it as a comment to the section you want once you've worked out the details of the destination or after you've received mod approval for a destination in question (only some locations require mod approval, if you have questions see Zoning Laws). After that, head over to the Map Entry if you wish to add it to the City Map!
